Herbal tea blend made for sleeplessness. Quiets the mind, eases tense muscles & nerves, and gently settles you into a deep & restful slumber.

Ingredients: Hops, Skullcap, Passionflower, Lavender, Chamomile & Rose.

Always organic, sustainably harvested & locally sourced if available.

Suggested Use: Steep 2-4 tbsp. in hot water, covered, for up to 20 minutes or longer, drink 1/2 hour before bedtime.
