Ingredients: Hops, Skullcap, Passionflower, Lavender, Chamomile & Rose.

Suggested Use: Steep 2-4 tbsp. in just boiled water, covered, for up to 10+ minutes (the longer the better), drink 1/2 hour before bedtime.
