Juicy fresh burdock tincture is a must have for any and all skin conditions as well as a wonderful digestive ally. 

 Burdock root is my favorite plant medicine for skin conditions, especially chronic. It’s main action is alterative, purifying & cleansing the blood of impurities and toxins, unblocking the sebaceous glands allowing the skin to breathe. Burdock, among many of its virtues, is also a bitter tonic, stimulating the digestive tract allowing for better absorption of fats & oils. This remedy is taken in the morning (with coffee), before lunch & dinner. The taste is slightly bitter, slightly sweet, nutty & earthy!  It’s roots grow deep into the earth holding so many nutrients. This plant has so much to offer! 🌱
