This tea is slightly sweet, floral & nourishing.

Ingredients: Lavender, Lemon Balm, Oatstraw, Milky Oat Tops, Red Clover, Nettle & Chamomile.

Always organic, sustainably harvested & locally sourced when available. 

Suggested Use: Steep 2-4 tbsp. in just boiled water, covered, 10+ minutes (the longer the better). Enjoy hot or over ice.
